Our team
Paweł Stykowski
Paweł Stykowski is a legal counsel specialising in financial services law, particularly in insurance law and financial instruments. He also focuses on consumer protection law and compliance issues.
With over 18 years of experience providing legal advice to the financial industry, Paweł previously led the insurance law department at an international law firm. He also served as the head of the legal department and compliance officer at an insurance company. Throughout his career, he has advised financial institutions both as part of a law firm and as an in-house lawyer. Notably, Paweł has been conducting training for the financial industry for years, both commissioned by the Polish Chamber of Insurance and in collaboration with renowned training companies such as MMC, Puls Biznesu, Insurance Meeting Point, and V Financial Conferences, as well as in-house training for financial institutions.
He provides training in all areas of banking and insurance activities – from product creation, through distribution, to handling complaints. Survey results from participants show that his training sessions are highly rated.
Karolina Huta
A member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2014, she graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is a graduate of the American law course at the American Law Center at the University of Warsaw and a scholarship holder at the Fredric G. Levin College of Law, University of Florida, USA.
She has collaborated with law firms in Warsaw and Szczecin and has also worked in the legal department of companies within the AXA Group in Poland. She currently runs her own legal practice, focusing primarily on civil, family, and administrative law. She provides ongoing legal services to businesses and individuals. With great success, she represents clients before common and administrative courts at all levels and has won a civil case before the Supreme Court. She cooperates with experts, bailiffs, notaries, detectives, and psychologists.
